We are here to help, however, we will need a little more information. What device is being used? If it is the Xbox One, we suggest clearing out he Network Card Cache (Alternate MAC Address) since if that Cache is full it causes this type of
errors. To Clear this out on the Xbox one:

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced Settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart
