    As the title states the game is not letting me chat, how do I do this as very little information is given. I would add a picture but it won't let me do that ether.

    Can't type in game chat

    During age of empires castle: siege game play:

    "Your xbox profile settings for voice and text are preventing you from using chat. Go to xbox.com to change your settings."

    I've gone to xbox.com though my pc and allowed everything it's still not preventing error to show up can you enable voice and text chat on my account?

    chat not working well

    I got this message "Your Xbox profile settings for voice and text are preventing you from using the chat" on Age of empires castle siege the strange thing is I have been able to use it before today and I haven't changed a thing to my knowledge so I
    would like to know how I change my settings for voice and text to allow me to use the chat in this game.
