    Age of empires 4 no longer works


    Hi,

    My Age of Empires game 4 game on xbox pass no longer works since the new patch update. The game loads but then it gets stuck in loading screen.

    I've tried all the fixes i could find on forums and other help pages but nothing works.

    Some users are saying they actually got the game working by disconnecting the PC from the internet.

    WORK AROUND!

    It worked when we started the game without internet then re-enabled the internet then used the reconnect option from the game screen.

    First time it took a few hours but now it connects pretty quickly. Got message about “could not connect to Xbox server”.

    Played a full game online last night.

    A pain but this does seem to be a reliable workaround.
