    Hi

    As title says Wont DL

    I've completed other DL's (Forza 4, Master Chief Collection in the last day) but the 4k HDR pack wont DL

    error code 0x87e0000f

    On a side note, how do i navigate these forums?

    I made a post yesterday but i cant find it.

    Please help.

    Are you running Windows 10 or 11?

    Is this error code appearing on the Xbox app, Microsoft Store, or from where are you trying to download the DLC?

    What procedures you tried to fix this prior to your post creation?

    I want to install a game WITHOUT the DLC but i don't see this option in the microsoft store

    On Xbox App, the base game file size is 86.21GB while the free Age of Empires IV: 4K HDR Video Pack is 132.44GB.

    Well, Tried that. But it got stuck as paused, don't know if because of something I did wrong, or the game (Age of Empires 4 + HDR) also downloaded the original game.

    And then the disk was deleted by mistake, so now it's a theoretical question for another time

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Yes, on the page where you can see "Age of Empires IV + 4K HDR Video Pack" please scroll down and you will see "Included on this bundle" click on the first one and you should be able to install just the base game.
