    Hi team,

    I have a few concerns regarding support for Age of Empires 3.

    I bought the game November 2018 for the second time after I was unable to find my original CD keys ( yes I bought the complete set way back when people used to go into a store to buy PC games) so I bought it off steam no big issue it was on sale!

    however the servers went down for around 20 hours or so the other night so i felt like maybe I should have a hunt and see if I could find my old copy of the game and "jack pot" found it!!

    then I ran into a problem back then i used to write down my account details and store them in the game case just to make sure that I wouldn't lose them this time I however no hand written note from myself.

    so I thought maybe I might get lucky and be able contact AOE3 support team, that's when I started to have some issues I attempted to email the two contact email address I could find for AOE3 *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as per the website http://www.agecommunity.com/support.aspx

    turns out both are now dead email address

    after speaking to a lovely guy Named Clifford D

    i was advised I should post here and wait for a response the reference number: 1461785461

    can we please have the age3 website updated with the correct information and can i please be contacted so I can start account recovery.

    Please note I do not have access to my old email address. however I have my proof of purchase, product keys and should be able to give the correct email address that my old account was linked to.

    You should contact the developers/publishers of the games for assistance with that as they are responsible for their own environments.
