Age of Empires 3 Eso Account

Hi. I just bought Age of Empires 3 Complete Collection on Steam. I tried to create an ESO Account but as always the eternal 100 Bad CD Key error shows.

I went on the site and apparently somebody else is using my CD Key. These things are supposed to be unique.

What can I do? I bought a while ago the physical version but I had the same problem and now I bought the game digital as it was at discount.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If this is in regards to the ESO account, you will need to reach out to Bethesda. Have you played any other game owned by Bethesda on Xbox or PC? If so it is most likely you created it but do not remember the information.
