    Dear reader,

    I have recently bought the age of empires 3 collection from Amazon. I first installed the normal game without the expansions and tried to make an ESO account. Once I tried to make an account an error message would read error 100 bad cd key. Could someone
    help me resolve this issue?

    Sorry to hear it. Apparently the CD Keys from physical copies no longer work. https://forums.ageofempires.com/t/help-bad-cd-key-error-100/27365/12

    I would recommend contacting the seller for a refund and look into getting the game from Steam as is suggested in that thread. Otherwise you could try contacting their support. Their email is listed in the link as well.
