Age of empires 2 Definitive edition not starting

Age of empires 2 Definitive edition through xbox game pass ultimate, game not starting.

I have a laptop running Windows 10 with Intel i5 and integrated graphics intel HD 3000.

When trying to start the game I get an error saying that the graphic card is not compatible with directx 11, however my drivers are updated and when looking on the computer settings it says that the system is running directx 12.

Moreover on the system requirements of both xbox game pass and age of empires website mention that intel HD 3000 is compatible with the game.

Any idea?

That's what it says.

However I don't understand why that graphic card is included in the game requirements, should they not have tested it?

Maybe can be the Permissions or the Memory. They show for you some Code or MSG Error?

Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition was released on November 14, 2019 for Windows only.

May I know if you tried to reinstall the game using the Xbox app available on Windows instead of the Microsoft store?

If not, please do it. If the issue persists after that, may I know if you tried all the possible solutions regarding issues when trying to launch/start the game using the related support article?
