Age of Empires 2 DE download failure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I got no updates from my previous questions even I have asked for three days already, I would reinitiate my question here to ask when the downloading problems of Age of Empires 2 DE can be solved? I was told that the server will be fixed very soon but I still can't download it, It's been 2 weeks already.

Well the very best way to report a bug to Microsoft today mate, is to report it to their Twitter account, they have been very open about wanting people to report bugs and issues to them there.

Thanks so much for your help man. Refund is the last resort that I wanna take..

Is there any mechanism to report them the bug and ask them to fix it.. I can't imagine that such a big online selling platform have no supporting team to respond to it's client...
