sorry to hear. Maybe you have installed before?? To actually uninstall the game and delete it completely, go to your Settings>System>Storage>Temporary Files, and Maybe it’s listed in Delivery Optimization Files. From this is the store trying to install and
cant. If you delete all this files and then reset the store via Settings>APPS>Apps & Features>Microsoft Store>Advanced Options.

When I launch the download it does the same things than before : preparing download, installation complete (all of this in a few second)

but it's not installed !

thanks for keeping us informed and super good to hear.

and @orbiton2000: Also good to hear and yes sometime one update can block the other one.

The best way to prevent this is to run the Windows updates first and when these are fully installed Restart the computer. Then check the Windows Store for any updates. And mostly forgotten: before installing a new game always check if there are newer GPU
drivers and please turn off the most supplied tweaking software of the GPU before installing the game!
