    Age of Empire III - no access to new (purchased) civs


    I purchased the Africans civs and I could play them. with no problem I have now purchased both the new Italian and Malta civs and the Mexicans but I cannot access them, even the Africans are no longer available at my account anymore. I tried many solutions both online and via the Age of Empires support both none of them work.

    Can you pls let me know what is the issue. Thank you

    Sorry to bother you again Lucas.

    I tried to submit the refund requests and one got denied. I have was never able to play any of the new civs, Italian, Malta or the Mexican. Not even once.

    This is starting to become outrageous other that ridiculous. What can I do here?

    Hello Lucas,

    I only have 1 partition at the moment in my computer and no intention to create one. Also I am not upgrading to Windows 11 for this.

    So do you know if there is a way at least to get a refund and how? I can still play the other civs, but having paid for nothing does bother me quite a bit.

    Just FYI, before I try what you have proposed, the game is never asking to purchase the civs.
