Age of empire 3 ESO account problem

Hello.

I contact you cause i have a problem playing Age of empire 3. I used to play Age of empire 3 10 years ago. I had a ESO account and i was playing with friends.

The problem is, i wanted to play again, but i just notified my password of my ESO account changed. Same for my security question, when i tryed to have my password back. And when i try to enter a password, it just says my account is disabled.

So i guess someone hacked it hm.. So i just tried to create another account but i can only create one ESO account for each Age of empire CD key.

So well, i don't really know what to do, and ppl said i can have an answer here !

Can someone from microsoft help me reset my age of empires 3 eso password?

I forgot my Age of Empires Eso Online key, what can i do ?

 

Same problem, the only difference is that my e-mail address was probably also changed because I don't receive password request reply.

I also found another one or two other people have the same problem.

 

It's actually sad cause i've no money to waste buying a game i've already bought 10 years ago.. Like dunno, ok i can understand we can create only 1 ESO account for 1 CD key, but atleast give the possibility to old players who have the old Age of empire
3 version to create an other account . Cause i see a lot of ppl having this problem on the internet and that kinda always end with buying an other copy of the game ..
