    Can no one at Microsoft read? My first message says I already talked the the Xbox Support team and they sent me here. Is everyone just lazy? Once my live subscription runs out I'll just take my 11 years of service to PlayStation. Thanks for nothing!!

    Age isn't working

    Your date of birth can't be changed so whatever you put in when starting your account is set in stone.

    If you are under 18 then you will have to wait until you are old enough before you can use the custom gamerpic feature.

    It's not a matter of age as far as which Original games play, not all of them got support and it isn't based on their age. Halo 1 works, and that's as old as you'll get.

    Halo 2 will work on your 360.

    My age is correct on Microsoft and I'm able to change my settings there, its just the Xbox site that isn't working.

    In terms of age ratings, yes the gaming industry is able for self regulation. Minimum age isn't really a problem in games, many 18+ games are 15 in Australia for example. I played any game I wanted since I was 13, age ratings are advisory only. When it
    comes to things like loot boxes tho, then yeah self regulation doesn't seem to be working
