    Mate, seems this issue is just with age of empires. :/

    None of the things you did have any relation at all from what the problem is.

    Parental Controls allow and disallow what kind of games for you to play.

    It's because of the age restrictions EA have on their games. For M rated games you have to be 18 in order to play them.
