Hello,

I bought the Forza horizen 4 on yesterday.

However I can't play yet cause of the age confirmation problem.

Why are Korean's use only I-PIN?

This app is really terrible program in Korea.

It always doesn't work. REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY trash program.

Please consider the other certification solution for the many of Koreans.....

finally, please inform me the right way of solve this problem(age confirm). I think the I-PIN is not good to this.

I wanna play the Forza......please help.......

Are you saying there is a lock on the Xbox because of the age of the account?

Make sure the url starts with
http://support.xbox.com/en The EN is the important part as that forces the page to be in English. It could also mean your internet service provider is having you use a korean based IP address.

Other options like CC verification and (audio verification) exist. Confirming your age should not be an issue for a person of age even if born in another country. Confirming your age should be easy to someone new to our country..... You will need to do
it for almost every act of living here in the United States. Job/ Home/ Bank etc.. etc....
