Unable to log in to the xbox.

When I enter my ID/password, the age confirmation window pops up, and I can't get out of it no matter how much I check my age.

I can't get out of the age confirmation window even if I look up the page or use the computer and log in in other ways.

But I'm logged in to Microsoft.

I thought I was logged in to the xbox (I thought the error had been corrected).

I bought Minecraft on my account

But I can't play Minecraft because I can't log in xbox.
Also, there was a problem of paying twice in the process of purchasing Minecraft.

But I can't log in, so I can't request a refund/refund request.

I need someone's help.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any information on the error code that you provided. What troubleshooting have you done? Have you tried to power cycle your console?

Getting this message simply means that we need to verify your age using the IPIN (Internet Personal Identification Number). The IPIN system is managed by KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency).

At what part of the process are you getting an error? Have you tried a different browser? With a bit more information we would be able to further identify the next best steps to troubleshoot.

Was the birthdate ever changed? Because it would have used the birthdate listed when the account was created. If it wasn't filled out or was changed at all, that could lead to your issue.
