Agatha Christie the abc murders

Anyone else play it? I think it's a good detective game probably not as good as Sherlock but I haven't tried that one yet

I can't believe I'd never heard of this game - I love detective stories! My favorite is Agatha Christie's Poirot, are there any games based on him? I hope I can pick up this Sherlock Holmes from somewhere...

This is a genre I really miss. Games like Myst, Monkey Island, Discworld, Stupid Invaders & SNATCHER used to be readily available on consoles (back when players comprehended & enjoyed variety). I used to enjoy playing these games, huddled around the TV with
friends, figuring out the puzzles. Now, if a game doesn't involve guns & multi-player, it either gets brushed to the side or never even gets made. Thankfully, my Wife & I have a Wii and the Agatha Christie games this generation.

 

That game has some dodgy achievements.

 

I don't play for achievements didn't even look st the list I am enjoying the gameplay though

Watched some gameplay and it looks alright. A bit like a cell shaded version of "Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper".

When it drops in price I'll probably pick it up. The missus loves these types of games.

 

Did they change the murderer? I read the book and saw the movie.

 

I don't think so jasper I didn't finish yet neither did I read the book or see the movie. Skimmed through a couple reviews though and it sounds like they stayed pretty close to the book
