[Again]Redeem code for American Nightmare

Sorry to bother again,but now it's already 11 days after my pre-order on Quantum Break,but the redeem code for American Nigthtmare still doesn't come into my Xbox App or my e-mail,is there any way for me to get my code?Also when will the Windows 10 version
of Qutatum Break's code come?And would then come by the means of App or e-mail?

I've pre-ordered my Quantum Break last saturday,but the redeem code for American Nightmare which should be given alongside it was never sent for me up to now,I checked my Xbox app for Windows 10 and my e-mail,but never saw the code.Can I have my code for
American Nightmare?

 

Sorry!Just checked my App and it says the Amrican Nightmare and Alan Wake are already there!But when will the Windows 10 version code finally release and by what means?I'm pretty anxious about that version!

Can you head on over to commerce.microsoft.com and verify that the purchase was made in the last 10 days? If it hasn't quite been 10 days please wait until the very end of the 10th and the let us know. If the purchase shows older than 10 days please let
us know.

As for the other codes it will be 7-10 days after today's release. Thanks for your patience!
