    again for the second time I have been given a communication ban and it's not as if I have it for 24 hours but 2 weeks.

    It starts with WHY? I speak to two people in the whole of xbox and physically have no other communication cross overs with another player I'm always in a party with these friends of mine and I garentee you'll never see me using game chat.. I don't understand
    how or why I am bieng muted but I have to say seems I pay and I am a 7 year loyal customer who never falls behind payments and never physically did anything wrong what is it you can do for me microsoft/xbox because honestly it's ridiculous when I don't even
    get the full story on tour website I have no proof from you I did wrong and I have no real reason to why I am given a 2 week ban when all I do is play my own dedicated server on ark with two friends I know personally from the same town....... Get back to
    me

    microsoft bingo screwing up...again, again, again. again.....

    Picked my computer up from Best Buy return last week. Bingo worked fine. Today turned it on, and I keep getting the can not connect to service msg. again. Why does this keep happening. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling to no avail.

    The dashboard for all intensive. purposes needs to be scrapped and made a new, first thing is no more **** advertising, NOBODY wants to see ads making the place look like Trash. Throw the pins under the games for gold, allow people to choose if there avatars
    float about or if it that cool background they just gotta have. And get rid of that moronic home button opens a guide or at least give the to option to disable the feature. People are paying for this console, game, gold as well as other services they should
    get some choice along the way. Speak up people I can garantee you all have something to say on these matters.

    You can view your ban by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and from there file a case review if eligible. That is the only place to contact the enforcement team.

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Xbox does not tolerate those kind of behavior in the community so if ever some gamers try to insult you, make sure to report them right away and avoid saying anything as much as possible so that they would not use that against you.
