AG 9 wireless headset sound problem

Discus and support AG 9 wireless headset sound problem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I use Afterglow AG 9 wireless headphones and for the most part they work perfectly.     AG 9 wireless headset sound problem


    I use Afterglow AG 9 wireless headphones and for the most part they work perfectly. However, as soon as I get a character logged in to The Elder Scrolls Online my game sound shuts off (on my headphones only) and I have to reboot the console to get it back.
    The headphones work perfectly everywhere else except TESO. Anyone have any suggestions for a solution?

    Have you been able to try this headset with a different controller or a different headset to see if it was consistently doing it inside the game?

    Yes. I tried another headset and it does the same thing. I was advised to make sure the sound settings on the headset were the same as in the game, but Settings on xbox whon't show the AG 9 sound settings.

    Keep in mind: bluetooth headsets do not work on any Xbox One console. No console has bluetooth functionality.

    There are plenty of wireless headsets available for Xbox One, but they do usually cost upwards of $80-200. Typically, it's going to be a pair of surround-sound headphones with a mic, and it connects to the Xbox through a receiver that either plugs into the
    console's optical audio port or USB.
