    Afterglow Controller Xbox 1 S


    Hi. I have recently bought the Xbox 1 S and have bought Xbox live 12M gold membership It was paid with card and was given a receipt with a code. I redeemed the code on 26/10/16. That worked however, I also bought the Afterglow controller and asks me to redeem
    a code for Xbox live. But the receipt that I had the code on has been thrown away. I was just wondering is there anyway I could get that code for the Xbox live so I can redeem it for my Afterglow controller.

    afterglow controller + afterglow lvl 1 sound problem ?

    Hi everybody and thank for your help !

    I recently buy a wire afterglow controller with a afterglow lvl1 headset and...I can fond how to separate the sound of the game of the sound of the chat...I just want the chat in the headset and the sound in the TV.

    I found in the xbox setup menu the chat equalizer setting but it change...nothing why ?

    Which controller should I buy ? Xbox 360

    Hi, I just send my controller for replacement because of one problem with the right analog stick and I got my money back, so now I´m deciding if I should buy another Official Xbox 360 Wired Controller or if I should buy an Afterglow or some different "Third-Party" Controller ?

    So I want to ask you, how´s your experience with the Afterglow controllers ?
    Are they good ?

    I have a problem with the Official controllers, with the slow turn issue.
    What is it you ask ?
    It´s that when you rotate with the analog stick to some direction, it´s not moving with 100% speed because the plastic isn´t shaved properly, So I always need to shave it with the sandpaper to solve this issue.
    Here´s an example --
    And I heard that the Afterglow controllers are shaved perfectly so they don´t have this issue.
    Is it true ?

    And if the Afterglow isn´t good, what is the best third-party controller for you, and what should you recommend to me ?

    Should I buy the Official one again ? Or should I buy the Afterglow or some different third-party controller that you will recommend to me ?

    A controller made by Afterglow will probably not use the same firmware a regular Xbox One controllers. Any questions about if the controller requires a firmware update and how to carry out the update will probably need to be directed to Afterglow.

    I recommend the Afterglow controllers.

    I've had stick drift in 2 standard controllers but I haven't had issues with the Afterglow.

    Hi there,

    I moved your post to its own thread so we can tailor our support directly to you. I would like to clarify a few things,
    have you checked to see if you need a
    controller update?     Also, have you been able to go over the console's settings? If not you could follow these steps:
    Settings> Display & Sound.


    As well as you can modify the sound going through by doing the following (join a party and a game to get all options):

    • Press the Xbox button on your controller.
    • Scroll towards 'System'
    • You should see an option 'Audio" click it and balance out your sound.
    Let us know how it goes.
