    Good day...

    I currently own a Wireless Headset---Afterglow AG9...purchased when it selling for under a hundred dollars, back then. Since that time, the performance was normal *both sides of the speakers worked*, but around last year or so, I noticed the right side speaker
    stopped working.. But the left side *with the mike attached* continued to work, without disruption.

    By the time this occurred I was past my warranty. so no returns were possible. But just last month, while playing a game, the right speaker *without mike attachment* came on....and worked for a week. I realized it wasn't the Headset, it was the XBOX, the
    first and only patch given to the Headset, seems to be corrupted, cause there is no further 'hardware' failure detected. SO, after rechecking what normally can be checked. It was determined that my XBOX 1 has been treated the Wireless headset, as a one speaker
    output device, that has normally 2 output speakers. The mike works, as does the left Speaker, both chat and game audio can be heard. So, it is a software issue that has hogged tied my Headset. I have checked for more firmware update, and haven not seen any,

    What suggestions are there to fix this problem. Especially on the console side...it is not a headset problem, as past testing done, clearly shows, it is the console's ability to put out proper power to the headset, properly.

    Best over-ear headset?

    Afterglow AG9, completely wireless, $100 in the US or £60 in the UK.

    They don't have some options the more expensive ones do but value for money, sound quality is excellent and they do an amazing job.

    Sound bar or speakers that work similarly to afterglow ag9 head that is xbox on compatible?

    im looking for a wireless speakers or a soundbar that is xbox one compatible, and that connects through USB the same way the afterglow ag9 headset works. Anyone know of one?

    @EnenDaveyBoy, while the Afterglow AG9 is a nice headset, I prefer mono headsets; like to have one ear for hearing the family/girlfriend.

    Does a USB Bluetooth dongle work with an Xbox?

    I think only supported bluetooth dongles that are pre paired to a headset might work. sort of like the PDP afterglow AG 9+ headset.
    Yes, I use the AG9+ and can confirm this.

    @D33dles, I recommend the Afterglow AG9, completely wireless, great quality and cheap.
