After XBOX 360 Update can`t play any Games

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing with your console, i understand how frustrating this can be.

Firstly try and plug the console into a different plug and see if perhaps its the other plug that was potentially tripping the power. If that has no success i would say maybe it might need a new power supply?

Whow ... thats it? A Update from Microsoft destroy my XBOX and there came nothing from the mighty Microsoft Gods? I am sorry but is this the way you treaten your customers? Stick your head in the sand and hope that it passes?

Was the console bought used or brand new from a reputable store?

If the console was bought used, has the previous owner tried a self repair or was the disc drive modified to play burned copies of games?

I don`t think the Power Supply is the reason. Because the Console runs without Problems until i start a Game, sometimes the Game begin to run and then the Console starts new, sometimes the Console starts new in the moment i start a Game. I would say it runs
2 to 30 seconds after i start a Game.

I have tried to Contact the Xbox customer support, but there is no Category for my Problem.

No, it was brand new, i bought it 10 years ago. No one has ever tried a self repair on my Console. And no attempts were made to play burnt games.
