After upgrading Windows 1709 to 1803, the Microsoft Solitaire Collection problem

The problem is this:



one.

After updating Windows 1709 to 1803 (2018), the game statistics for Microsoft Solitaire Collection became incorrectly displayed - (number of stars in a star club and% of passed, achievements.) There are different data in the Xbox profile and on the PC.

I have long gone through all the tests 2 times ... but the companion profile of the Xbox console displays 2460 stars and 80% of the process. (See screenshot ) + achievements will not be unlocked (see screenshot)

On a PC (now I have Windows 10 Pro version 21H1 build 19043.1415) - correct statistics

3760 stars and 100% process. (See screenshot)



That is, real statistics are not displayed and achievements are not recorded. Resetting, uninstalling, reinstalling Microsoft Solitaire Collection does not solve the problem !!! Running the app's troubleshooters doesn't fix the problem !!

Reinstalling Windows does not solve the problem !!!



Why isn't the data syncing?

How do I fix this?

I tried to uninstall the latest version of Windows but it did nothing. I also tried to downgrade to 1709 but it did nothing and even worse, the startup animation for game bar doesn't appear anymore, even after the upgrade to 1803.

The hard solution may be to reinstall Windows from 0 but I don't really want to do that because I have many files on it.

I'm having the same problems with my PC. After upgrade to Windows 8.1 I lost half of the sound track to the Microsoft Solitaire collection. The cards sound, but the scoring chimes and winning sound bursts do not. Help? JR

I have the same problem after upgrading to Feature Update 1803. I have a laptop that I usually run with an attached monitor, keyboard and mouse. The laptop is in a tent configuration so the display is inverted. I found that if I
move the app to the attached monitor, the shadowing is corrected. Then I found if I reoriented the laptop so that the display is not inverted, the shadowing is corrected. The problem only exists for me when the app is on the laptop display and that display
is inverted.

Additional information: After I upgraded to Feature Update 1803, I received Error 121003 when I opened the Solitaire Collection. I searched and found a variety of supposed fixes for this problem so I ignored them all and uninstalled
the app and reinstalled it from the Windows Store. This eliminated the 121003 error but it left me with the error described above. Also some of the fonts are larger and the app is considerably slower.

After the automatic update of Windows 8 operating system to Windows 8.1 can no longer play Microsoft Solitaire Collection or Microsoft Jigsaw, how can I solve this problem?
