    Hello,

    We actually own 5 Xbox ones. After the last update here are the issues ALL of them are facing..

    * Turning on the Xbox + Kinect does not always turn on the TV or Audio... It's usually the Audio that fails to be turned on but sometimes the TV. We have removed them, re-added them, doesn't matter same issue

    * Turning off the Xbox + Kinect, will not always turn off the TV or Audio (same problem as previous but off not on)

    * Voice commands are horrible now. We have to YELL at the kinects to get them to listen. That's IF they listen at all

    * Kinect does not DO what we say. Before patch (Xbox Shut Off) / Yes.. no issues or Xbox Pause... no problem.

    ---Now you say XBOX Pause and it comes up... shows the donut of busy (Pausing) but it never pauses... just keeps going like it did. The ONLY way to sometimes get it to work is you say Xbox Pause... Then wait for the Green words to appear and say Pause...
    it almost seems to work better as long as the "words" are there.. which means I am not talking to it so much as waiting on it to keep up

    --Saying XBOX play.. forget about it. it almost completely ignores this now (again this is on 5 consoles)

    * The controls stay on forever burning through batteries like no tomorrow

    * The Apps (Streaming Apps), Netflix / Hulu are constantly glitching.. Have to go back to the main screen, select them, select Close App, then relaunch it. Never had to do that before

    * When watching Hulu... If you pause using the controller, the "bar at the bottom" you know that shows where you paused it, the line of time left.. the big red line.. Yeah it NEVER goes away again when you say play.. or if you hit A on the controller. You
    have to exit BACK (B) out of Netflix and do it again...

    *** OH and good one... Once I said "XBOX TURN OFF"... It came up, but instead of saying Yes / No, it had the options "Option 1" and "Option 2". I laughed because I am assuming it's XAML behind it (hence universal apps)... and the resource just didn't load
    properly to replace the text..Anyway I said "Yes" and it worked... Completely awesome.

    I would have called in but this Is such a painful process, ugh. Again 5 controllers. All act the same way, so it's not one and some weird install. It's all.

  2. Not able to change channels with xbox controller or voice command

    Yesterday, I was able to use my xbox controller, voice commands and cable box remote control to change TV channels. Last night and today , I can barley change channels with any of them. For instance if I use the one guide for channel 529, it will do nothing
    or possibly change to channel 5 or 2 or something. Same with voice command. Also, now my cable box remote barely works. Not good.

    Netflix and Xbox one app controller not working

    The Xbox one Xbox app will not properly control the Netflix app. The "a" button and scrolling options do not work on any device or with smartglass. You must use the Xbox one physical controller or voice commands to navigate the app. This needs fixed immediately.

    Software issues on ALL of the systems. About everyone has had these problems at one point or another. Even before the NXOE update was published, the preview version of it had these issues (a friend has told me about this) and MS has not resolved it (or listened
    for that matter) about the extensive problems and bugs with the NXOE, but published it with the bugs, in hopes people would not notice these.

    These issues are nothing new, and have been around since NXOE was put in production.

    Pretty frustration really. Spent over $3,000 on the units, games, controllers, warranties, xbox subscriptions etc... and what I have are faulty systems, that I haven't even gotten a response too from a Microsoft XBOX Person.

    Heck truth be told, my XBOX 360 has less issues...

    Mega box, sorry to hear your problems and frustrations. I too have had the same problems with the various media players for videos. I too just for example while watching netflixs if I pause the movie or some other action get the red progress bar and have
    to press the B button to get this to disappear. I however don't use the Kinect with my console. None the less is still frustrating!!!!! I have had instances while using either official Xbox one remote or game controller that the normal function as simple as
    pressing either left or right to traverse a menu selection are reversed. I have to reboot the console to resolve. A side note powering up the console now seems to take longer? Don't know it is just me?

    I'm having the same with the voice command, after the Nov 2015 update the voice commands barely work. Almost seems like the system times out and stops listening. I can yell at the Kinect over and over and nothing. Yet some days I can speak at a normal
    volume from the next room and it works fine. I use voice commands most of the time so this is very frustrating. I'm also noticing that my Xbox One Media remote doesn't work well anymore either.

    Yeap all of those things, slower to boot, apps failing for no reason... Yelling at the Kinect lol like you said, then magically it works again.

    Oy... There is no way I can believe that these are just issues "known" to us 5.... If yet I have (or haven't found) any specific acknowledgement of the problems.

    Maybe I just am crappy at searching?

    What is my frustrating is... This is one of the "contact methods" for Microsoft Support... Yet no Microsoft person has even responded.

    I'm having the same with the voice command, after the Nov 2015 update the voice commands barely work. Almost seems like the system times out and stops listening. I can yell at the Kinect over and over and nothing. Yet some days I can speak at a normal
