    After Update: Play a game, ejects and automatically inserts then error:Check Your Disc (0x21)


    After the update games cannot be read after playing a one disc (Titanfall) When ejected it automatically inserts it back within a second then says "Check your Disc (0x21) The Fix: console has to be fully powered down to view the new game that previously
    gave that error.

    Xbox one error code (0x21)

    Since update xbox has not been reading disc bringing up error code (0x21) .Me and meany others suffering from this issue, works fine for a while
    then if you wish to change games it ejects the game then snatches it back in , after ejecting game again and inserting another game it won't read it , to get past this you have to restart the console...please fix

    Console not detecting disc in drive already

    I have same problem giving me 0x21. And 0x87de07d1 error codes and telling me disc unreadable it seems to happen when disc drive. Is idle for a while. To play disc games when unreadable have to do hard reset for them to work and with error codes
    need to eject and reinsert game for it to work .???
