After update,MTU changed to 510

After update to 10.0.10575.1004,MTU is 510,how to change it

My console since latest update is stuck on 510 mtu but my router is set to 1500 mtu. #help please

 

My MTU Is Now Stuck At 510

I've been fine up until this newest Dashboard "Beta" Update. Now my MTU is stuck at 510 and the last guy i called at customer support had me factory reset my console to remove the update. I was not aware he didn't know what he was talking about and
now all my games are removed, and my MTU is still at 510 because reseting doesn't remove system updates like it used to. Two days later, 1 game has reached 15% Download. Please issue out an MTU fix soon. Or if anyone knows a workaround, please post it.

 

im also having this problem the last update changed mine from 1480 to 1414, now its at 510 with this update. I dont see why this would need changing to use the new dashboard

 

This a bit of a problem for multiplayer, It as been reported and being worked on.

Yes I have the same problem I have Comcast and they said there was nothing they could do... So now that I have found this forum and you guys are having the same problems. Luigi Evahard my MTU was as 1480 to 1414 now 510 so I understand hopefully the Xbox
team is aware and can fix this issue!

I am part of the Preview Program and I also have this same problem with my MTU. I believe it is also effecting my ability to play BF4. BF4 will not recognize my Xboxlive account. I have removed and redownloaded BF4 and all the premium stuff I have with it
three times and there has been no effect.

Get on this Xbox. I did no join the preview program or pay 120 dollars for BF4 alone so I could be kept from playing it by your failures in updates. I am a CenturyLink customer.

 

im having same problem with mine, i wish i never joined the preview programme, iv had nothink but trouble is there away of converting back to original a nd getting off this preview its recking up my xbox. also is xbox gonna do anythink

 

Can you go into the router settings, and change the MTU settings?

 

If you go into settings/network choose multiplayer test it gives options to try of course none worked, as I said it as been reported and being worked on.

All you folks should be posting in the preview forums for info and help, If you cant get access start another thread and someone will help you out thanks.

 

I too noticed that ever since I downloaded the NXOE that my MTU on console is 510 when it used to be 1480 always. I checked my router settings and my MTU remains unchanged at 1500MTU which is default.

 

Happened to me as well, it literally freezes party app and destiny, I been on my router all dam day, this needs to be fixed godam it, our darn connections to destiny have been so *** since 1.1.1 with whatever they changed last year, put it back to how it
was before 1.1.2, befor dark below everything in destiny worked fine. Wtf are you doing Microsoft.

 

Same problem, MTU stuck at 510 with the new dashboard. No multiplayer, xbox tech support said there is nothing they can do for me. HOPEFULLY THIS GETS FIXED SOON! NO MULTIPLAYER ON MY XBOX!
