    After uninstalling gamepass mobile app for IOS. No worky worky


    After multiple failed attempt's trying to reinstall app.

    I get as far as the prompt on choose existing account or add new account i select my existing account and then I'm asked if i trusted source i d/l app from? I say yes source is play store. At that point install bot just laughs at me and that is as far as I'm getting for better part of month before posting today.

    And by the way I'm having same issue with xbox app for same mobile device.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Xbox community forums. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    If you're trying to install Xbox Game Pass mobile app, then it should be run on iOS devices. If you're also subscribed on Xbox game pass, you need to sign in with their Microsoft account in order to play and download games.

    But for us to further isolate the issue, I'd like to confirm if did you try to install the Xbox game pass app from the App Store?

    Does the issue also persist even on Android devices?
