    XBL services down, cannot play downloaded games

    I pay to 400 for cobsole 60 for use of service buy games at full price of the setvicr I've already had to pay to use and now after ive payed Microsoft more tgan an ex wife I cant even come home from work and escape tge days *** and play tge *** ive payed
    for WTF !!!!!

    LIVE is trying to make me pay again

    I've had a similar problem, when i bought a new xbox and transfered everything onto it, it said i had to buy minecraft again. so i think the only way to resolve this problem is to buy again because microsoft only care about your money at the end of the day.
    so there is nothing you can do about that.

    Is this on EA Access Vault, or is it a digital purchase.

    Check you are signed in with the account that you purchased the game with.

    You should also definitely check billing.microsoft.com. That site keeps a list of everything you have purchased since the birth of your account.

    you must redownload using your download history

    not the marketplace

    only when the licenses are redownloaded (not requeued to the new console)



    will they work

    you can never redownload using the marketplace as it is a new purchase



    the download history doesn't have the TOS link therefore is not a purchase

    the marketplace has the tos and tou links and full price of the download

    Update: I downloaded it with my current account on my old xbox. When I checked the licenses on my new xbox, it says it is registered to my new xbox from when I transfered over.
