After the system update, It can't read disc about red dead Redempition

You can try to power cycle you console, and if your un sure on how to do this the previous post left a link.

You can also try to uninstall your game and reinstall it.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your console to read your game.

I would say that if you are having problems after the update, then it might be best for you to try what we call a soft reset of the console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.

I never had any issues with my RDR 1 game but I wonder if it's maybe your Xbox causing the issue? Which Xbox one console do you have? Do you think it's starting to fail and maybe need a replacement?

I haven't heard of an update that would cause problems from playing a game like RDR 1. I'm not 100% sure but I wonder if you would have the same problem if you had the digital version of RDR 1.

I have tried, not work. And the tip is “此游戏不支持在该平台游玩”, which means the game not support in the xbox one. I think may be my account has some issus, but before the update is ok. What should i do?

Sorry for the issue with your game. Try a
power cycle of the console and unplug for 30 seconds. Is this the only game you are unable to play? You can try to uninstall and reinstall the game. If it is multiple games you can try a

soft factory reset maybe one of the files got corrupt.
