After the September update, controller is disconnecting all the time!

Before the September update,
never had a problem disconnecting the controller!
The controller LED blinks and
it gets disconnected for 2 or 3 seconds
and connect again!
I believe it is not hardware but
bug in update! Someone with
the same problem after the last update?

I did just that and upon installing the new Wifi Board I noticed the wifi Antenna Cable connector end that connects to the board was badly damaged. These cables have a tiny micro ceramic core which is critical for that antenna to operate correctly.

I am now awaiting for a new board + antenna cable to do this again.

My result thus far are the same... No fix... I will report back once I get the newer board + the new antenna cable.

If this does not work then we are left with the possibility of the issue being deeper rooted perhaps another comm component - which would make it harder to identify by guessing.

My last alternative is buying a new unit, particularly the new 1T unit... Has anyone on here confirmed if that new unit with that new controller works or the same thing?

Same problem with both of my controllers. They started disconnecting right after the update. No difference with battery pack/normal batteries. I guess I will have to keep my charger cable plugged in until MS patches this problem

I fortunately don't have this issue with both of my controllers.

Have you guys updated the controllers' firmware as well?

Yes! I've tried everything! I even bought the Play N Charge planning on being a rechargeable battery! My controller is up to date! I never had this kind of problem! It was after the September update! Lent a controller from a friend and gave the same problem!

I have the same problem. I noticed it while playing a game. It doesn't matter which game I play. The character will get to certain spot and I lose control. The character will start doing 360's or just keep running in the same direction, and I can't control
it. I will have to disconnect the cable and then reconnect to get control back. I have tried two controller, and I have the same issue. This only started after the last system update. I have been seeing that other many other people are experiencing the same
issue, but I don't seem to see a solution coming through.

Ihave a problem with my xbox one.the console it's new and it's defect..the problem is the hdmi problably..I don't know why i can't see nothing on my tv screen??all i can see is dark..can you tell me somebody what I can do with this issue??I can repair or
not?

As this thread has been around for quite some time and the majority of you are getting resolved by following the troubleshooting steps I've listed, I am going to lock this.
