    Hey there Roken! I understand you are getting this error, but I'm not quite clear on when. Do you get this when signing in, or only when trying to access content on the Marketplace. Also, what is the full error message that goes along with that code? Any
    details here would be helpful. Thanks!

    lost Gamertag after last update

    Hey there EVILKNIGHT360.

    Your son's best option to recover his Gamertag is to attempt to sign in with possible e-mail addresses. If purchases were made on the account
    Phone/Chat support might be able to look deeper into the account, but generally the only way you'll be able to access the account is to remember the used e-mail address.

    I'm not 100% sure I understand the issue you are experiencing. Is there input lag between the controller and the console or is it taking a couple minutes for your controller to sync to your console? First thing to try is

    power cycling
    your console as that can often clear up a lot of weird things. If that doesn't work, try connecting your controller to your console with a USB cable to see if that helps.

    I appreciate it. When you reset the console did you choose keep my games and apps or remove everything? If keep games and apps would it be okay if you remove everything? This will uninstall all of your games and apps but you can reinstall them later on.
