    So i Recently recieved a 2 week communication Ban on my account, so waited the 2 weeks and then i hop on the day after the ban ended and guess what? no one can hear me, iv called xbox customer support twice and both times there were kind but both times were
    unhelpful. it's been a week now and noone can hear me in gamechat, in party chat but they can recieve messages from me and i can hear them while in chat. this is probably the end of console gaming for me unless somehow this issue can get fixed because having
    the same account for 7 years and then some little kid reporting me and the enforcement team once again doing whatever on gods green earth they want has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.Sorry xbox but your way of dealing with these issues is garbage and
    needs to be addressed.

    I'd always agree with the Microsoft methods of things either. If phone support couldn't help you maybe try a ticket to the enforcement team directly.

    There could have been an issue where the sus was lifted but not all of the restrictions of it as in your ability to talk were lifted. Possible glitch? No harm in messaging the enforcement team. =)

    Ban after Ban?

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and they are the only ones who handle suspensions. Investigations take time so they're not usually issued the same day the action took place. The suspensions could be for something that took places weeks or even
    months before. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact them.

    I already contact support and they told me that i have a suspension chat until 25 october but in the enforcement page it do es todo says anything and the other thing is that i cant talk in any other accounts and i dont have a console ban and now i can not
