After suspension time

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Once the enforcement action ended, you should be able to get your communication back. Kindly make sure that it's no longer active by signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com. Are you on Xbox or PC?

If you're on Xbox, please perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below and then try again:

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If you're on PC, please sign out on Xbox app and then sign back in. Test it all out after that.

If you are seeing the same messaging as before and the suspension is up you might try

removing your profile from the console and
power cycling before signing back in.

To be sure are you seeing issues with other accounts on that console?

It could of been for something you did before your last suspension.

There is no time limit on when you can be suspended for something.

The decision was upheld after two investigations.You will have to wait until the suspension is over.

To many suspensions & you will end up with 100day suspension or even a console suspension or possibly both.

After that it's a permanent ban.

Wouldn't it be easier contacting Microsoft support?

Support have nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so there's no point contacting them.
