After starting a game in Microsoft solitair a commercial does not run, gives a black screen instead with a closed lock at right top bottom, a loudspeaker symbol bottom right and the text at the bottom how to get rid of commercials,
by clicking this text it says that the way to stop commercials comes after the commercial is finished, screen stays black until I pull-up the task bar to stop Microsoft solitair 12-4-2018 it was stil working well, since 13-4-2018 I have this problem.

commerical does not play. White screen only, can't play game

When logging into Microsoft Solitaire, and you are not a paying customer, a commercial plays prior to starting the game. For the past 3/4 days instead of a commercial a solid white screen appears and never clears. This makes playing the game impossible.

Commercial Closes Solitaire

Whenever the new commercial runs, Snickers Crisper, Microsoft Solitaire closes. It just closes the program whenever it runs. Upon logging back in, the commercial comes back on, runs to the end, and closes Solitaire.

I'm running a Toshiba Satellite L305 laptop. Windows 8 is up to date. When I click on the item in the Start screen, the Microsoft Solitaire Collection screen comes up and sits there for a few seconds, then returns to the Start screen. If I click on the Games
icon on the Start screen and then choose Solitaire from there, the game comes up to the last game I played but won't let me continue. Also, when starting from the Games icon, the sign on to Xbox fails. Tells me"Sorry not sure what happened". Even though the
sign on was successful through the Games screen.

Wanted to play the daily challenge games of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection 6/23/15. Clicked on the Tri-Peaks icon first. As usual, an ad started to play, but it stopped with just a black screen and froze. I uninstalled the game and restarted my computer.
I then re-installed the collection and the same thing happened. I rebooted the computer today 6/24/15 and an ad came up and froze the screen black. Down at the bottom of the black screen you see a time bar set to 00 and an opportunity to upgrade to no ads.
I tried playing the Jigsaw games and they worked fine. It's just the Microsoft Solitaire Collection for me so far. Please find a fix!!!

My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
freezes.

Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.

Have been playing the challenges in Solitaire and Mahjong without much of a problem (occasional freeze ups), but now I can get the beginning game choices sometimes, the commercial, then when I try to play the game it switches back to the Start screen as
