    This is the second time Ive been suspended for communication violations and im not disputing it for i knew the rules when I broke them and there's no point in crying over them like a baby. Now Ive called Xbox customer support to
    see if they could tell me if my console is under some kind of ban and they told me they couldn't see anything and to check the enforcement center, well I did that and it doesn't say anything about me being banned anymore in fact that how i knew i was of ban
    in the first place. Now none of my profiles can send messages or join parties does this mean that my console has been secretly communication banned? If so is there a way i can work my way out of this? i don't really use the message system as it tends to get
    me in trouble and the only time i ever use the mic is to join in a party with my friends. any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance.

    I figured your were but I Just wanted to be sure lol you should see some of the threads in the Xbox live General discussion board those kids are going nuts over everything that has gone wrong today. After serving suspension cant send messages or join parties :)

    There is currently a service alert up right now, doesn't say it is very much related to the issue you are having. Should hopefully be fixed in a few hours though.

    If and I can't stress the "IF" enough but if it was Anonymous and I am not saying it is but if it is them then everything EVERYTHING would be absolutely f@%ked. I mean we wouldn't be able to do anything related to
    Microsoft or live. This is just a ordinary tech failure and it will be fixed soon so relax :).
