After sending my xbox series x to repair, the new serial number I was told I would get did...

I've been trying to get this problem resolved for a year. I have called xbox support more times than I can count on my hand. I'm on limited time to try and do this again but here's what happened. I have had to send my xbox for repair multiple times because it would frequently crash or hard shut down on new graphically demanding games like Halo Infinite, Saints Row Reboot, Call of Duty, etc after some time. The last time I sent it for repair I was emailed what the new serial number would be as per usual but the console I got back did not match the serial number. This console also would crash on graphically demanding games just like the one I sent for repair. Another caveat was that I got the console back in August of 2022 from the repair center but this console's warranty had expired in May of 2022 so I couldn't even make the warranty myself without paying money when I still should have the warranty last several more months. Naturally, I contacted xbox support about this and explained the entire situation to a kind lady that verified what I had said and created a repair order for me on my account. However, this is where things went wrong. I don't know if she accidentally misheard or mistyped but the repair order was created for a serial number that did not match the console I told her I had in my possession. Thus, the repair team sent back my console with no changes because they were under the impression that I just sent the wrong console so my issue wasn't even communicated to them. I was even more frustrated that the lady just repeated the same thing the repair team said over email to me ignoring the previous conversation we had and the content I provided to her.

I have emails, serial numbers, and plenty of information to provide but it seemed each time I called after that there was only empty promises and zero follow up. There was one time I called xbox support and after explaining the situation the person told me that my correct console was lost in shipping after he got in contact with the repair center. He told me that it would be sent to me and all I had to do was send the wrong one back. Months later nothing happened and I had no way of contacting that person after the phone call. I apologize to come off negatively, but I have limited time and I don't want to take another year to try and fix this. At this point I don't know what else to do. I just want a console that finally works.
