After repair warranty.

I purchased an xbox one x last June and it went for repair in January 2019 due to hard graphics issues, running really hot. I only play 3 or 4 hr a day 4 days a week so it's not hammered and it's well ventilated.

I was wondering if anyone knew if there what warranty Microsoft gave when sending repaired items out.

I'm a bit sad that a £400+ unit has failed 2 x with the same issue yet a lower model s or original still going after many years.

If anyone know I would appreciate any info. Service desk closed until tomorrow.

Device Support website, as this will tell you the most up-to-date info regarding your devices and accessories.

However, if you wish to find out specific information, your best bet would be to Contact
Xbox Customer Support for further consultation regarding this matter.

Thanks for the reply.

I know my warranty says its ended June 2019, I just feel annoyed that as the console failed within 6 months and has failed again with the same issue that it should have been replaced in the first place not repaired. I will speak to customer service tomortow
in the hope a repair won't cost me as much as a new unit.

if i'm not mistaken the warranty that came with the Xbox is the only guaranty you get until it expires

so if it breaks 20 time withing the duration of it then Microsoft will repair it as long as the warranty is not expired and the issue is covered by it

i payed £80 for a replacement elite controller which was sent to me with a broken left bumper, so i sent it off for repair all to have to sent back with a broken right thumb stick! now it just says repair complete and says its out of warrenty with no way to sent it for repair again and when i try to contact surport it says unable to call back! so im stuck with a controller with bad stick drift i payed £80 for. they really need to sort out there customer sevice.
