Discus and support after preview dashboard update in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just got into the beta for the new dashboard on my xbox one...     after preview dashboard update


    I just got into the beta for the new dashboard on my xbox one... I have found that I cannot find a wifi signal or connect to xbox live IF my xbox one boots up with my external HDD plugged in...if I boot my xbox one up with my external HDD unplugged it finds
    my wifi and I can connect to xbox live...

    I can still use my external HDD afterwards..but everytime I restart my external HDD must be unplugged.... is this a software issue? please be so..I really dont want to have to send my xbox one in for repair..

    What is the next update & Version for Preview Members Available or Xbox Preview Dashboard Updated after the 27/04/2016 Version th2_xbox_rel_1603.160420-1900 was successfully updated on my Xbox One Console. Are the Updates for Xbox Preview Dashboard Updates
    for all Registered Preview Members Automatically installed every month or 2 months.

    are you by any chance in the xbox preview program ? I also noticed my dashboard changed from the xbox preview dashboard back to the normal one after the update

    Same thing. I am talking to Microsoft customer service and they sent me here and said that other preview members were having similar issues

    I guess people should wait to download preview dashboard if they use there console a lot. I see only problems, and most are pretty serious ones also.
