    Why can't I just open the Jigsaw puzzle daily challenge. Many times in November and December I was kicked out, and today I was faced with a new ad about fruitpuzzles. Trying to go back to the puzzle, I got this same advertisement time and again. Could you
    please solve the problem?

    Jigsaw does not work on new surface pro

    I just set up a new Surface Pro with Windows 10 and completed windows updates. Jigsaw puzzle starts, pushes to Internet ad(Edge) and when I click on return to puzzle, the screen disappears.

    MS Jigsaw locks up

    MS Jigsaw was not available for sometime. Since it has been reinstated, Jigsaw locks up all the time. On an "expert" puzzle, I can be down to the last puzzle piece and bingo - LOCK UP. Finally when I get it back a commercial ad always comes up first.

    Jigsaw locks up all the time. Can not even move a puzzle piece. This has been happening for some time now & lots of players have complained. Hey Microsoft why can't you fix your own software?????

    It has been about a month or more that I haven't been able to play jigsaw ant now they have a new puzzle and I can't download it. I paid for upgrade and can't play. What gives?

    When are you going to put more puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw?

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    Take my gold but doesn't load puzzle

    Came to the forum to find out about this as well. Running out of puzzles and can't load more. There is the option to download, but it never completes loading. Basically can't play the game anymore because I'm out of new puzzles and don't want to repeat ones
    already completed multiple times.
