    After NXOE Update Video Stutters in all Apps


    Got the NXOE a few days ago and the video stutter is insane. I have done all calibration, manually set my Xbox to be in HDMI and at the right color depth and pixel settings, but any video I try to watch be it through Netflix, Movies/TV, etc all stutter.
    Freeze, then play, glitch frames (green screen) and just act utterly useless.

    I have verified it's not my HDMI cable, port, or anything else. Power cycling does not impact this. It is not a latency issue. Any thoughts? Is this a known issue with the NXOE?

    Live TV stutters after NXOE update

    After installing the NXOE, my live TV (cable box} stutters whenever switching out of another app (game, netflix, youtube, etc...). The only way to stop the stuttering is by "quitting" all other open apps.

    This fix does not allow for multi tasking such as switching instantly from game to TV, which was a prime feature of the original xbox one interface. It now feels like I'm using a bloated aging laptop that only can handle one program at a time!

    Also, contrary to "what the brochure says" the overall experience is slower, rather than faster.

    Is there any fix for this (besides re-booting the system)?

    Xbox video freezing (xbox one)

    I'm having the same problem with all video apps... Freezes the sound stutters and then shuts off... With Netflix it show cannot play video then shuts off.

    Hey there! To minimize confusion because troubleshooting may be different for preview updates than regular versions, you'll want to post this, and everything else preview related in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).
    This will also ensure that the proper team sees your post and can help you out. Also, make sure you look at the list of known issues to see if there is a workaround.

    If you haven't already, be sure to report any issues via the preview app on your console, so that all relevant data gets reported to Microsoft.

    In this case, I do believe that this is a known issue.

    Xbox Interface performance hit when using "Instant On"

    i'll have to try turning off instant on, ever since the NXOE all my videos have been stuttering pausing every 1 second or so on all video apps other than netflix. i'll post back what i find out tonight.

    Stuttering video using Hauppauge TV tuner on XBOX Once

    It worked fine before the NXOE AND it works perfectly fine on my PC.

    The Hauppauge tuner is compatible with the PC. If you plug it into your PC there is no stuttering.

    Since it worked perfectly before the NXOE and perfectly on the PC, it is NOT the Hauppauge tuner.

    They changed something with the NXOE. That is all. The tuner is NOT a POS.

    BluRay App Poor performance

    this seems to happen on all video apps, stuttering/framedrops etc. This is most noticeable when the video is panning, but happens all the time.
