After my communication suspension

After my communication suspension I can hear other people in the party and send messages but they can't hear me. I can see the bubble around my name move as if they could hear me but they can't. what do I do to fix that. I've had this account for 6 years
about to 7 soon I don't want to lose my account

i was suving a communication suspension so how did i get a Permanent suspension

i was suspended back in july and i already served my suspension and xbox never told me i was communication ban for months after my suspension.so i would love if you guys can uplift my communication ban

my advise would be to call 1-800-4my-xbox and when you get your code via-text conferming your ownership of your account, inform them you have it, then thank them for the help and keep the code

@n7 tigger it may be frustrating but perhaps rather then thinking it's their fault for banning you, you should be concerned with what you did to get banned. They shouldnt stop enforcement because of a few cases of inconvenient consiquencea, since the people
not following the tos and being disruptive to the rest of the community are a small minority, and gave up the right to complain about consequences when they broke the rules. Sorry
