After moving to Xbox Series X my friends that are still on Xbox One’s say I’m not showing...

I’m playing on my Xbox Series X so I am & the 360 achievements still show up on my profile on the gaming section it’s just some of the achievements aren’t showing on my gaming section that shows my progress and what trophies I got, but when I’m on the actual game and look at the achievements it says I have got half of them but on the gaming profile it says I only have a few of them out of what I have actually got

I’m having the same problem! i uninstalled the game to try reinstalling but It only giving me the option for series X/S version! So I’m still unable to reinstall I spoke to Microsoft earlier today and they said it’s a licensing issue, it’s not showing that I have the license to download the Xbox one version though I have the series X/S deluxe version (which includes Xbox one version) in my purchase history! Hopefully they can fix it soon

The Xbox factory reset on the series X still did not work, it wouldn’t connect to the network. I connected my original Xbox one (2014) back up to my monitor and I was able to play online games just fine on there, same Microsoft account and internet that the series X was not connecting too. My Xbox series x keeps saying it has a hardware issue when trying to connect the internet, I’m pretty sure this proves it’s a physical problem with the hardware on my Xbox. I still have warranty on it and can return it and trade in for a new one. I’ll try doing this and seeing if the trade in one works.

Yes they were still on my old Xbox one but still no luck getting them moved to the x series
