After most recent live update, Xbox video purchases have disappeared.

( First off, I am logged in under my sons Xbox live account on here. My account (MutilationRites) and his account are linked to the same e-mail, but his account is the only one that shows up when I log-in...)



To anyone who can help...



I got prompted to download the Xbox live update around 12:30 am this morning.

After the update had completed, I noticed that all of my purchases from Xbox Video were gone. Not only that but they were also missing from my purchase history.

What can be done to recover these?



The purchases in question were:



Minoriteam (Entire Series)

The Heart She Holler (Seasons 1 & 2 )

Dragonball Z (Season 1)



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello since the update of xbox live rewards the mission make his first purchase disappeared and I have not made any purchase you too?

Ok since the update one of my movies on xbox video disappeared!Tried every option restoring purchases, twitter ,chat online and calling xbox about a 3 day process.Does any one have any clue whats going on????

 

Hey try this steps:

Go to TV & Movies > Xbox Video > My Videos > Account Management > then press X to Refresh Purchase History

It should refresh your account with all the movies you've owned.

Just make sure you are signed in on the account you've used to purchase these videos.

 

Same thing happened to me. I've contacted support twice and although they guaranteed my content would be back it's not. Refreshing purchase history does nothing. Xbox can see my purchases on their end but I no longer have access to my purchases. Total bull.
Xbox is going to loose a customer. I've made hundreds of dollars of purchases. I have no hope this will be resolved. I'm sorry it happened to you too.

 

Yeah, that didn't work and I'm still missing the content.

Furthermore, when I try to search out the shows on Xbox video it says "This service isn't available right now." or something to that effect.

I pity the poor soul who ends up on the receiving end of my communications over this.

Any other suggestions or experiences are welcomed right now.

 

Mine are missing as well, I had DBZ seasons 1,2 and 3 now it just lists S3 and DBZ does not show up in the search results.

 

i just tried it and it worked for me and now i can purchase videos again if anyone else had that problem

 

I have the same problem. They told me that the issue should be solved by mid may. It made me think twice about digital content...

I spent an hour with support a while back and nothing worked.

So mid-may it should be fixed?

Did they elaborate on what exactly the issue is?

 

This happen to me my husband fixed it by removing a old card I had on my account I use a new card all the time but Yea all my purchases are back on there

 

Still don't have content. Escalation rep actually asked me to make a purchase today. After almost a month of calling and emailing they still have no clue what my problem is. I can't make purchases or view any previous purchases. That is the problem. She's
asking for error codes and there are none. I'm blocked from xbox video and they have no clue how to help me. It feels like they've stolen from me and don't care if I get my content back. It's not right.

I meant to respond but I forgot. I'll add you on Live the next time I'm on.

Has anyone heard any new information in regard to this problem? At this point it has been well established that this affected numerous people.

About 2 weeks ago I contacted Support yet again and went through various steps to no avail.

They opened an incident and escalated it but I have yet to hear back or be contacted.

Needless to say I am getting to the point where I'm done being nice about it.

Content either needs to be manually pushed to my console or a refund issued. One or the other.
