After migrating my account, it says I no longer own Minecraft.

About 4 months ago I migrated my Mojang account to my Microsoft account with the same email. I recently got a new PC (I don't think that affects the issue though) and whilst trying to login to my Microsoft account so I could play Minecraft, it says I don't own it? Which definitely isn't the case. I have the purchase confirmation email and the migration email so I am definitely logging into the correct account.

I've tried to log out and log back in on the website and launcher, reinstall the launcher, but every time it just gives me the demo. I've tried to email support 3 days ago and got no response. I can't login with mojang either because it says 'you've already migrated.' I don't know what to do, I don't want to have to buy it again. Please help

I downloaded the Windows 7/8 version and was once again only able to play the demo. I'm not sure how to check if my license is intact so I can't confirm it is or isn't. But I'm definitely logging into the correct Microsoft account as it had the same email as my Mojang one and I have the confirmation emails.

I only see my xbox gamertag. I'm 100% sure this is the account I migrated to however, I'm really not sure what to do as I don't want to lose my account

Verify that your license is intact and that you're testing with the correct Microsoft account, log into minecraft.net with your Microsoft account and look at https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile. Do you see both your Minecraft Profile name, and your XBox GamerTag

If it is intact, download the win 7/8 version of the minecraft launcher from minecraft.net and you should be able to access the full game while signed in with your Microsoft account. I’m guessing the Microsoft store minecraft launcher has a very bad bug and it seriously needs addressing.

Nevermind, I ended up contacting help through the online chat and got this issue resolved. It seems I was suppose to log into the launcher with my yahoo email even though it's a microsoft account, because my yahoo email was the email linked to the java version of minecraft that I owned. So if anyone else has this issue then try a different email.

I still stand by my opinion that microsoft has a very non user friendly or inclusive support system. I have a severe anxiety disorder, I find it very hard to address real people that I do not know, even in an online chat, in real time. I find it so much more comfortable to use support tickets and email when I need to contact people. Microsoft needs to consider that not everyone wants to or is comfortable with, talking with an online tech in real time. It's distressing for people like me.
