After latest preview update Achievements for Titanfall won't unlock

Haven Victor & Export Victor or TitanFall still not unlocked for me. Sitting at 100 percent.

 

Still locked at 100%

Last Friday - Titan fall , Haven Victor and Dirt Nap

August 3 - Call of Duty Ghosts , Speed Runner, Made It Out Alive , No one Left behind( escape extinction with four players ) , and Completionist

 

Even Major Nelson has Haven Victor sat at 100% but its still locked

5 days now since the 6 Titanfall achievements of mine failed to unlock and the issue is still not rectified?

No response from Xbox Support or EA Help, why is this not surprising?

I have read dozens of forums regarding this issue and still the best anyone can do is to say it will be fixed within 48 hours. Last I checked, 5 days is 120 hours.

Game Informer, True Achievements, EA, Xbox Live and IGN forums all paint a similar picture. "There are hundreds of people with glitched Xbox One achievements from 31/7/14 - 1/8/14 and nobody from Xbox Support is able to confirm anything is being done".

I phoned Xbox support and they said to post here, "this is where you need to enter your feedback regarding game issues". Is anybody from Xbox Support reading our posts?

My apologies for being frustrated, but in this case, "No news is bad news!"

Please at least acknowledge that our recent posts are reaching the right people and you are going to help?

 

I feel you homie I worked on "I've seen it all" for a month and I had to get it on 7/31 which now has it stuck in locked limbo, I wish I would've just played something else those couple days because now instead of being like 85% complete I'm at 76% and now
with the way things are looking and since nobody at EA or Xbox seem to have a answer on how to fix this or when it'll be fixed I don't think I'll ever be able to 100% complete Titanfall now. My thought to all this is why do achievements have to be unlocked
and confirmed via Xbox live ? Why can't the game it's self make the distinction that the achievement has been completed then sync that info with Xbox live? I'm sure they say they do it this way to cut down on cheaters but it's sure better then to have someone
like me who's invested hundreds of hours just to be ripped off at the end. If I had a solution I'd be more than happy to share but everything I've tried so far hasn't done anything. :-(

 

Respawn tweeted last night that people with achievement problems should hang tight as Microsoft are rolling out a fix. I'd be inclined to believe them more than the random answers you get from the xbox support twitter accounts., but who knows.

I did receive an email from a specialist at EA today,

His words:

"Dear EA Customer,

My name is xxxxxx and I am a specialist here at EA. I am currently looking into your case and first of all, let me apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I am a big Titanfall fan myself so I can appreciate how frustrating this is for you.

Unfortunately here at EA, we have no control over achievements and you will need to speak to Microsoft regarding this as they are controlled by their servers.

To get in touch with Microsoft support, simply go to Xbox.com and choose "Support" at the top of the page. They will then provide links on how to get in touch with their team.

Apologies that we could not be further assistance on this.

So, EA have at least have gotten back to me, although it only confirms that we are addressing our issue in the right place. I also blotted out the guy's name because it was irrelevant.

I also sent a screenshot of my glitched achievements and a description to Xbox Live via the Feedback app on the Xbox One preview dash.

Now I guess all we can do is wait and maybe Microsoft will help us like EA and Respawn have suggested.

 

Slugger005 thanks for the info/update, I've also sent screen shots from my Xbox One and the Smartglass app to Xbox support so hopefully they figure something out for us. From what I've read this is happening to a lot of people on a lot of different games
so hopefully they come up with a fix for us shortly

 

Wtf is going on, how is this nit fixed yet? I get the same lines everyday from support!

 

Not sure how, but the 6 glitched achievements I had in Titanfall popped while my Xbox was off. I turned it on to check and found them all correctly unlocked. No notifications, but I'm just glad it is fixed.

Just checked Smartglass and the same with mine my 5 achievements have been properly unlocked and added onto my gamerscore. It seems Microsoft has come thru for me and Slugger05 hopefully it fixes everyone else also. Thanks Microsoft B-)
