after last update internal hard drive has problems

On internal hard drive rock band 4 ( a game) is no longer displayed. If ever after hours first. Nevertheless, RockBand does not start anymore. In some cases, the first screen with "loading" takes more than 1 hour. Then comes the screen with "Downloaded contents
are searched" Finds nothing after hours. But only really after the last Xbox one update. Before that, everything went. Dashboard is generally very slow or unresponsive after the update. Factory settings have already been restored.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Even if the console uses an external hard drive it has an internal memory, I think there was some problem in this internal memory and it is stuck in this update screen.

Thank you for keeping us updated. There are some instances in which games on an external hard drive do not receive updates. We recommend moving around some of the games on the internal and external hard drives. Since your internal hard drive is full, you
can move some of them to the external hard drive. Once the internal hard drive has some extra space, we suggest moving some of the games from the external hard drive to the internal. Check to see if those games require any updates. Be sure to let us know the
results!

Well done Onyx62is. With a memory stick in and the hard drive out, and after a few updates, i can

update successfully and connect to xbox live with no problems. so i assume i need a new

250 GB hard drive. Thanks very much for the good advice, at last my son has stopped moaning
