AFTER HARD RESET (2xs) MyXbox One X wont work.

I have hard reset this thing twice. The internet connections is fine. It loads a few games and apps but when going to launch Blu Ray or games it says an error has occurred please try again. It won't let me get past this screen on anything. I have to hard
shut it down. It constantly freezes up just after turning it on. It is so slow.

Is there any way to fix this issue or am I just out of luck with this?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply and the update on the warranty. The last step, if you haven't tried already is a full Xbox One console Factory reset. Try this article:

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options, select the following:

Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. You should only use this option as
a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.

Try this out. Hope it helps.

Hi Kristen,

Have you power cycled your Xbox? When the console is on, hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn
on the Xbox.

If this does not help, and you have done a factory reset already and the issue continues, then your console has a hardware malfunction and will need to be sent in for inspection and repair. It's possible the disc drive is not working properly if Blu-Rays
or game discs are not working, but if the system seems slow in general you should still send it in to get inspected if the resets did not work.

I will post an image when I get home, but it doesn't usually give a code. Just try again and it wont go from there. You can try again over and over and it just instantly shows the same message.

If you still have issues after factory reset I would try to update it offline ( just follow the steps here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution )

If this still doesnt solve it its hardware related....hard disk is my guess...and you will have to spend some money on repairs if its outta warranty
