    After full shutdown Xbox One X does not recognize Kinect.


    After update "OS version - 10.0.18363.7194 (19h1_release_xbox_dev_1910.18363.7194.190929-1945)" Xbox One X does not recognize (does not turn on) the Kinect sensor after a full shutdown and power cord
    dettached from the wall, requiring a "Restart console" after the boot process for Kinect to be recognized (powered on).

    Steps to reproduce:

    1) With Xbox One X and Kinect sensor turned on, do a "Full shutdown".

    2) After the full shutdown, unplug the Xbox One X power cord from the energy source and wait a few minutes.

    3) Plug the power cord back to the energy source and turn the console on.

    4) The Kinect sensor will not turn on requiring a "Restart console" to be powered on and recognized.

    You're miss informed. Xbox One X and Xbox One S are still compatible with Kinect through an adapter.

    The Xbox One X dont even have the kinect I/O to plug it in, did you know that Kinect went out of business a whike back and now people use webcams on Xbox One X!!?? 🤔😉

    The link you suggested, was one of the firsts that I tried and did not solve the problem.

    I still have the first Xbox One model updated and fully functional. The problem I reported does not happen.

    It's not a problem with Kinect or even the adapter. This strange behavior started just after the update I mentioned before. Is something related to the update. May be a USB driver bug.

    The problem is not that huge, but is annoying. I do not leave the console plugged all the time in the wall outlet.

    If not unplugged, the problem does not happen. Very weird bug.
