    Hi guys,

    HELP!

    I was playing Shadow of War and it glitched. It took me back to home screen upon which I restored the Xbox. After that I got an error E102. Then I reset the Xbox to factory settings. After I set it back up - my cloud saves would not sync up when I opened
    Shadow of War. I have no locally saved file cause Xbox told me to delete it and I have gone through all the troubleshooting with Microsoft to no avail.

    Anyone else had issues with cloud saves bot syncing?

    HELP!

    Just to make sue I understand...Are you connected online?

    The Xbox One will automatically sync your saves to the cloud unless you're not online...with the latest save.

    Per the link below or in your own words....what happened to the save?

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-cloud-saves

    -Error: “We couldn’t sync your info with the cloud.”

    -Error: “Your other Xbox is taking a long time to sync to the cloud.”

    -Message: “Which one do you want to use?”

    -Error: ”We can’t save additional info for…”

    why did I spend my hard earned money to buy a system and games that won't save

    The Xbox One automatically saves games to the cloud while you are connected to the internet. Game progress will be saved in the cloud storage of the account currently logged in.

    Syncing errors with Fallout 4

    for syncing issues, go to settings> system settings>storage> clear local save game data> this will clear any saves from the hard drive and will have you resync with the cloud. Also you can try playing offline and then while in the middle of the game or right
    after it starts going back online.
